Where can I find the prices?

We do not have a flat rate for our products. Each projects’ cost is calculated individually based on the material, refinements and quantity. If you have a ready design, please send it to us, we will calculate the cost for you based on your needs If you have a specific budget that you want to spend on corporate stationery, please specify it, we will write you back what we can offer in this price.

Do you offer free design services?

Yes. We offer this service free of charge as long as you do have your logo and you decide to work with us.

Do you use templates or pre-made graphics?

No. Each project is different and custom. You can be sure that your design will always be unique.

How many different design versions do you create?

We do not set a limit for our customers. Our goal is to come up with a design that you will love. However, usually a second version is the one chosen for production.

How long is the design process?

This depends on your project complexity and the technology to be used for it. As a general rule you can expect the production time to be up to 3 days. Catalogues take more time obviously, because there may be many pages.

Is my design going to be used for other clients?

No. We will never use your design to offer other clients. Each design is unique and different.

Do you keep the design files for the purpose for future orders?

Yes, we do.

I do not have a logo, can you design me one?

Yes. Please write that you are interested in logo design service in the inquiry.

I have my own design, can you calculate the price based on it?

Yes. of course, please send us the project in a vector file (ai/pdf/cdr/eps), and specify what type of product you are interested in.

What is the time of production?

This also depends on project complexity. However, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 4 weeks after approving the proofs for production.

Can I order a prototype?

Yes, however creating a prototype is feasible only for a very large quantity orders. This is due to a fact that the process of preparation is rather extensive, thus making the prototype a very costly investment. However, we create free photo realistic visual renderings to show you exactly how your business cards will look like. We can also send you real examples of cards that we already produced.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as standard checks.

Can you start production before payment?

No. Payment needs to be made in full in order to start production. We can start production earlier, only if we have worked together before.

After the payment is received, what happens next?

After we receive your payment, we will let you know that we are proceeeding with production.

How much is the shipping?

Each order is shipped via FedEx ground or US Postal Service. The cost for shipping and handling is $19 within contiguous USA. Expedited shipping is also available if necessary.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location, from 1 to 4 business days.

Will I receive my tracking number?

Yes, all shipped orders will have a tracking number sent to your email.
